Get in Touch
Contact
A small site, run by one person. The fastest way to reach me is email — I read everything and reply to most messages within a few days.
What to email about
- Corrections and fact-checks: If you spot an error, a number that doesn't add up, or a claim that needs a citation, please let me know. Include the page URL and what looks wrong. These get fixed fastest.
- Suggestions for new content: Topics you'd like covered, questions you can't find answered, things that confused you. The site is shaped by what readers ask for.
- Calculator feedback: Inputs that don't make sense, results that look off, edge cases the calculator doesn't handle. Real bugs get fixed; UX suggestions get added to a list.
- Guest posts or community stories: If you have a Coast FIRE case study with real numbers and you'd like to share it, send a short pitch. The bar is: actual numbers, lessons learned, no affiliate links.
- Partnership and press: I rarely do these, but if you have a genuine reason to reach out (researcher, journalist, fellow creator), feel free.
What I don't respond to
- SEO link-building pitches — the site doesn't do paid links, ever.
- Cryptocurrency "investment opportunities" of any kind.
- "Add my product to your resource page" requests.
- Generic "increase your traffic" marketing services.
Response time
I try to reply within 3-5 business days. If your message is a correction, expect the fix to go out before the reply — accuracy matters more than acknowledgment. If you don't hear back in two weeks, feel free to send a polite follow-up; sometimes messages get lost in spam filters.
Accessibility
If you have trouble using the site (screen reader issues, color contrast, keyboard navigation, anything else), please email. The site aims to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, but real users find things automated checks don't.
